love regen for a basic stalker build, love wp even more but thats just cause i can make my stalker into a mini tank capable of taking on most scrappers in a 1v1 even out of hide (though sadly my old wp pre 13 was waaay better) Regen, more survivable but more work with accos and such, Wp easier 2 cap HP and better res. If u plan on putting alot of time and money into it id say go regen, if ur just out 2 have fun go wp. o and wps t9 is totally not useless i have no ida what that guys talking about saying no one takes it. But, we may just know different people, who knows i stick 2 zone mainly and almost if not all zone wp stalkers i know take it. I personally love it, pop it and let a couple of tankers wail on me while i laugh.. it makes me smile

I actually toon my f/k and specced her for pvp once and rather enjoyed it. while she was not the most damaging of all of my pvpers it was a hella nice change of pace. the only problem that i had was healing when i was not in melee range of anyone, fighting a brute, or even a stalker though is ridiculously awesome. By the time they do any damage to u, even AS, u can just heal it all back, then suck all their damage/regen/end/and recharge in a few seconds while your imps tear them up. I remember I started on a team where i was pretty much ignored save giving SB periodically to help out others, I went from being ignored to quickly being the largest target for the other team, between giving SB and debuffing the crap out of whatever we were spiking i was a force to b recconed with. (sp?) All in all its hella fun, but ull get picked on like crazy, with ranged damage being ur main weakness. O and stone patron coupled with FS and siphon power does crazy damage, just for future reference
