    This is actually an i11 build without taunt tho more for PvP in zones solo and duels.For PvP in teams u can replace intimidate for Taunt with 6 slots mocking beratement set.

    Aim and Focused Accuracy are slotted with new to hit sets

    Hoarfrost recharge is 108 seconds hibernate 36 seconds. Attacks 90% accuracy and 101% damage

    energy Absorption 18 seconds recharge

  5. Following things should be changed from build:

    - drom aid self aid other. Wth? On an ice tank you wont need these.

    -Perma frost is too late

    - Laser beam eyes....drop it

    -Stamina 3 slots

    - Drop all Crushing impact Damage/Endurance and slot in some focused smites acc/damage or some maco's acc/damage. The accuracy in your attacks is way too low 69% aint good.

    -Hasten is waaaaaaaaay too late.Level 6 for hasten.

    -Drop swift

    -Slot some jump in combat jumping

    -Get taunt

    - Energy absoprtion slot 1 recharge drop the defense/endurance lotg

    - Where is health pool? Get it and slot it for regen and recovery.

    - Build up 3 recharges at least.Consider 5 slotting it for i11 to hit set or 3 Membrane HO's

    - Same goes for Focused accuracy

    - Where is superspeed?Superspeed+ Hurdle + Superjump + Combat Jumping is a MUST for PvP movement.

    I would also say conserver power not needs 3 recharges but oh well anyway.

    Although there is never enough gimping going around


    EDIT: Also you can notice that although the builder doesnt show the defense through slotting that HO in game it works just fine as you can see from my slotting which is same as in the builder. CLICKY

    Same slotting different values.These are not membranes btw nor Cytoskeletons.

    It doesnt matter.In team PvP you should be able to not need heals.Every match i had in team arena with ice/em i had to get healed once. And thats me perma taunting 2 blasters in 3 matches versus French and a variety of other Union matches.High recharge + high regen + high hp = win

    Still imho phaseshift in ice tank build kills any flexibility of the build.

    Well you might not lose a duel but when you go in an arena match and taunt a blaster or a rad you are in a world of trouble without permafrost and with a phaseshift build.
  18. I am fairly against such build but this is a duel build which will allow you to not die in duels. Be aware tho that if someone manages to kill you in a duel with this build you will be mocked too much.

    I am really against phaseshift in tanker builds but thats my personal preference. With a good recharge build you dont need phaseshift.

    Not the ones that meet blasters in PvP. And if you are thinking hell i might as well avoid em well thats unlikely cause blasters are pretty common.

    Forget about defense and boost recovery/regen/recharge/hp/dmg

    Forget about defense with IO's on Ice/EM tank.I have a PvP one and all you need is good recharge,good recovery and good regeneration.With perma hoarfrost and 3300 HP you can easily mitigate the damage that comes through 2x stacked EA.Also with a 25 second recharge Hibenrate very few things can be a threat.

    Defense in PvP is not a good idea.
