  1. I'm having the same problem for Justice. I can log into Exalted just fine though.

I turned it down one and now the game boots up fine. Thanks! I really appreciate the help from everyone.
  3. Ok, so I went to uninstall my drivers as layed out in that stickied topic. My ATI programs on the uninstall list didn't match up (I have ATI Catalyst Control Center whereas the directions call it ATI Software Uninstaller). It said it had been removed so I restarted. There were no visible changes to my computer and I wasn't prompted to install drivers upon reboot. I ran the DriverSweeper and restarted again. This time the graphics on my computer were noticeably weaker. I ran the 9.9 driver update and restarted again. Nothing ATI showed up on my uninstall list or on the start menu. I didn't know what I did wrong so I did a system restore to Friday. I decided to try running CoH to see if it worked and it did. I logged in and everything. I didn't change any settings because I had been prompted to reboot to finish installing the Windows updates that had been affected by the restore. Now I can't get past the first loading screen again. Maybe it's one of the updates I received? That's the only thing I can think of.

Ok, I downloaded 9.9 but how do I uninstall my old drivers? And since I got this computer I've only installed itunes/Quicktime, RollerCoaster Tycoon 2, AIM, CCleaner, and Google Earth.

Make sure that Compatibility Mode is NOT checked. It should be off.

A little further down, you should make sure "Run as Administrator" is checked as well.

Hit Apply or OK at the bottom and try it again.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, you'll need to post more details about your system. You can do this by using this program CoH Helper. Download it, run it, paste it's findings here.
Alright, I unchecked compatibility mode and checked the administrator option. It's still not responding so here are my specs:

  6. I just received my new laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium. Yesterday I installed CoX and booted it up. Everything worked fine despite the annoying shield icon over the shortcut. Today I go to log in and the game quits responding on the loading screen (the one immediately after the loading bar). I've restarted hoping that would fix it but it hasn't. I'll admit I'm a little computer stupid so any help would be greatly appreciated.
