In this case Flushskinz means that he trades inf to another hero, then both heroes switch to the villains and trade inf between those.
So player Flushskinz gets infamy on his villains form one of your villains alts in trade for giving influence to one of your(or my) hero alts -

The eventual left-over(shards and stuff) from the monsters do. -
