It is my firm belief that storage within Super group bases could be greatly improved. It should be a priority to the development team to encourage group unity in every way possible as it can be one of many ways this game maintains a loyal player population. Storage space and security within SG bases is a "quality of life" issue. The number of allowable storage containers in a base needs to be increased. The number of allowable members far exceeds the amount of storage space even if most of the sg is comprised of alts.
The inability to give members 100% certainty that their items are secure inside the base needs to be fixed. Allowing the SG lead to apply passwords to enhancement and salvage bins that can then be given to designated members and input when prompted after attempting to access them.
Increase the amount of salvage that can be stored in the salvage racks.
I also agree whole-heartedly about the privacy protection on the bins. I have never had someone steal someone else's stuff in my sg (knock on wood), but I have known plenty of people who have had it happen, and lost hundreds of millions if not billions of infamy/influence worth of crafted IO's by another member stealing them from the base. It's time to address this issue, PLEASE devs! We need more storage and protections for base bins.
