From all the posts I've seen of Rowr, I've never thought of her as "promiscuous" or whatnot. She's just attractive... same as my 'tiger girl'. I'm sure she's had her share of romance RP (based on the stories I've read from Valkyrie) but again, that wouldn't be sassy behavior in the D, necessarily.
