the perspective and body positioning is confusing, but also lends a lot of style and action to the work.

It reminds me of the artist that did the animations for "Pink Floyd: the Wall" where the limbs and such were all exaggerated, like some kind of dream. Not sure if that's what you were after, but i think it's cool!

Of course I'm a kindred soul when it comes to travel.

Funny, whenever I go on a good ride (600 miles in a day = a good ride), my thought on the way home is "I should take the day off tomorrow, do that again."

But yeah. Here's a few moments I got a kick out of, on one of my 'trips' (a 6 day ride from California to Colorado and back.)
[*] Outrunning a thunder/windstorm all the way across Utah.
[*] Realizing that the gravel all over the road isn't gravel, it's MOVING (Jerusalem cricket swarms FTL!)
[*] Playing leapfrog with two older couples on Gold Wings for a thousand miles.
[*] The feel of a water-soaked bandanna around your neck, when you're in full gear and its a hundred and five in the shade.
[*] Saying hello to the state trooper when he's on his lunch break in a diner, instead of out on the road where he's "on the clock".
[*] And finally, the sheer giddy feeling you get when you have a hundred-plus miles of road all to yourself, and a fast bike between your knees with the throttle rolled on.

Whew! OK... had me worried there.
