Hello all, I have been away for awhile and have finally gotten back to playing again. I was wondering if anybody has made a new post Iss 19 WS build.. I haven't played mine in some time and it is still slotted with SO's. I am looking for a good all around build, either human or tri-form. Thanks for any or all of your expert input.. I am still trying to bring all my toons up to Iss 19 specs.

How do you achieve perma dullpain??

My budget is roughly 400-500 mill.. (pooled my resources).. I started looking into the new IO sets, but got confused on what some of the sets are good for. I just downloaded Mids, so I am gearing up for some heavy playing time..
