  1. I want to thank everyone that replied. What ultimately seems to have solved it was the use of the Driver Sweeper and a new driver so thanks in particular to TJ. Without the driver sweeper I was playing hell trying to get the new driver loaded up and clean. I have great video now and no degradation. Crosses My fingers it stays that way and I don't much up something else, lol. Thanks again ya'll.

  2. I'm at My wits end so I'll post this here because I believe it has to do with CoH and nothing else. I bought this card a couple of months ago and I have had ongoing problems running in CoH. I specify CoH because I have run two benchmark programs (both got very good scores and compared well to other computers on Mark11 tests) and I played WoW for hours yesterday without a single problem.
When I initially start the game the program runs fine then over time (an hour or two) the picture starts going to hell in a handbag. Specifically, words blur to be unreadable (but not all words), letters disappear from words, icons for powers and enhancements might disappear, whole surfaces like boxes or doors turn black, and floors or the ground disappear. A couple of times I have been able to see through walls to mobs two rooms over (hmmmm, that might be useful, lol), And lastly, auras turn into vivid square patterns that alternate around the character. Not all of these things happen at once generally, but when moving from zone to zone, the aura problem did not change nor do the other problems. This occurs on all or any of my five toons.
The problem does not appear to be overheating as it does not do it on other things like WoW or Heaven's benchmarks which I ran for over two hours. I also have two fans on a well vented computer pull the heat out and I blew a fan in through the vents just to cool things more and test for that. It may occur in any environment and just comes on and gets worse if I do not reboot.
I have put up the numbers from the CoH helper so you can see the sytem.
I'm all up for suggestions so I'm willing to try anything you throw up and if you have questions I'll try and get you answers. Drivers are up to date as are all windows components. I have blocked drivers on two audio devices I didn't need (webcam and AMD which I'm not plugged into) at the suggestion of Microsoft. The card was professionaly installed at a computer shop.
    Thank you for reading.
