Oops! i guess my search-fu improved a little... i guess i found it! 20% Regen 120sec (Pvp Only) and 20% Chance to 7.5 End (PVP - PVE)

Whats the Panacea unique real buffs on PVP zone? im talking about the gladiator set for healing unique wich increase your regeneration in PVP zones... how much is this regen on the "Real Numbers" and how much more it is compared to Regenerative Tissue Unique... or Numina Unique +Regen rate. I will love some help with this thanks!
