We won that round anyway, so it really wouldn't help us out if we pushed for a DQ. It was a good round too. We joked about DQing them just so they lost the 350 points though.
What they need to do is fix the bug that puts second place in as first in arena match scores after they've been over for a minute or so. It makes doing gladiator tourneys hard. -
I hope everyone does realize that, while my DQ was a dick move, my DQ was actually enforced by the rules - unlike every other call for a DQ thus far.

GUYS. I don't know why everyone seems to think 5v5 means less players. Clearly it means more diverse lineups. I mean, remember the awesome 5v5 ladder from i13 that lasted for two weeks? Lineups were VERY diverse.
Oh wait. -
Posting Hoj's dream team for him.
Leader and back-up kin: Hoj
Emp: Ego
Emp: Tempting Fate
Kin: Silent Method
Sonic: Rox

Rad: Chaos King -

Yeah. There'd be no incentive to draw since there are no points. I mean, I suppose a team could just grief a match by continuously going for ties just so the match never ends, which would be hilarious.

Quote:Not at all. As you said, this is about interest. The car isn't for sale yet. Vinnie is suggesting that when it hits the market it should be an 8 seater instead of a 5 seater.Vin, your argument makes sense at first, but...
Then move on and wait for full-size ladder. Your whole argument is like being mad that the only car for sale is a compact but you want a mini-van to seat your 8...
It doesn't take a genius to realize that 5v5s are incredibly two dimensional and require far less skill than 8v8s.
Xanatos also makes a great point about allowing current D6 members to better participate. -

Corrected globals and removed 4-0 inactives. -
Start times being strict has little to no bearing on stopping counter-picking. Just throwing that out there.

Rei knows less about art than she does about English.

Pertius was very good, at what he did. What he did was not team PvP.
And this is YOUR dream team, after all, so I suppose it doesn't matter. VINNIE STOP INVADING OTHER PEOPLE'S DREAMS, YOU TERRIBLE PERSON! -
I meant not in PuGs. My bad for not clarifying. What I was getting at was that no one could have played ladder matches with him because he never did them.
-
Not to be a dick, but, has anyone riding the Peritus bandwagon actually played in a test 8v8 with Peritus radding on their team?
No? Ok. -
-
HAHAHAHA HOT IS STEVE URKUL THAT'S SO FUNNY AND NOT OLD. Oh wait.
You kids are bad.

Quote:Peritus was an incredible duelist, but didn't play in team matches much at all. There are quite a few I'd put in front of him for an 8v8 team.Peritus invented or at least was around for the birth of rad psi. Plus he was nice and helpful all the time. Pretty easy pick imo.
HOWEVER: This is Con's dream team. Vinnie, YOU ARE RUINING CON'S DREAMS. Stop destroying his dreams and go make your own dream! -

Quote:I'm really fat. Also, I had a good idea about removing ties from d6. However, the idea won't work, because since the league is point based, ties can become indefinite unless lolSD is used. I'll have to keep this short as I seem to have spilled some mayonnaise on my keyboard. -
I wasn't kidding. Bitter + Silit + Joe Ice. Best gladiator team ever.
