When I run the installation for the NCSoft Launcher, nothing happens for a moment and then I receive this error: "NCSoft launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost." After that happens, when I try to run the old launcher, I receive this error. "NC.FindLauncherStub has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost." along with some other stuff regarding sending error reports to Microsoft. The only way I can even think of to play CoH after that is to system restore to a point before running the NCSoft launcher installation.

I tried using NCSoft support which was really unhelpful since I couldn't even login to my account on it, and I didn't receive any solutions with the guest support thing or whatever that is. The only method I have of playing CoH is going obsolete on August 4th, so I'm worried I'll end up locked out of the game. Any way to fix this?

Well, yeah, but it's not really my business if they can't do something like that. It'd be nice to have them around, that's why I asked, misunderstanding and all. One of them actually saved up and bought CoH, and planned on using the free month but couldn't because he couldn't get a subscription or something. I think he said he was going to get some game time cards later.

Because I have the game already, and I wasn't complaining, I was just asking. My friends can't afford it so they rely on trials and such.

What's the word on reactivations? None of my friends with inactive accounts have been able to login even though the announcement said they'd be reactivating all accounts (even trial accounts) that are in good standing.
