I am, as the title states, leveling my first scrapper. I chose dual blades because it looks fun withe the combo system and willpower because I like the sets inherent regen/recovery. I am almost level 14 and have set myself up to take super jumping, I took combat jumping as the prereq. What I am looking for are two builds, one for leveling solo and built for lvl 50 endgame group content. If possible I would like to keep the cost below 500million and use IOs or better (for the lvl 50 build). For the leveling build I would prefer SOs since I can downslot if needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need more info let me know and I will eloborate.

I should probably give the nice people a bit more info. This is my first serious hero toon. So I'm going to be pretty broke. What would a budget build look like. Say normal IOs or inexpensive sets. Let's project that I will have about 3-400 million available to me at 50. Providing I get a couple good drops.

If I wanted to take super jump over flying, would it be a good idea to take combat jumping for the extra defense or is it better to have the extra attack? I am currently using combat jumping and have 2 defense and 1 end red IO slotted. I have noticed that I usually have a couple seconds down time after a starting rotation. Typically I start with the slowest most damaging attack (I save my soul drain for the end).

I have started a wp/dm tanker and plan to solo most of the way to 50. Does anybody have a good build they could share with me? I am currently approaching 20 and am willing to respec now.
