Well, they pulled me back in with this free week. The login music played and grabbed my heart. And my wife, the lovely LadyMer, will return once we get her Master account fixed.

I have done this TF without TechSpider and his Dark Debuffs, and we had no debuffs from the dark set in this team makeup, and we still took him down no problem. But 80% of the times I have done this, I have had TechSpider had Darkest Night on him. This is only a - Accuracy - Damage Debuff. And when I have pulled the Dark Servant out, the only debuffs he throws are -DMG, -ACC, Foe Immobilize. So we have never, to my knowledge, had a -Regen on him, and still take him down.

Twilight Grasp has -regen. I believe this includes Dark Servant's Twilight Grasp. It makes a huge difference when fighting giant monsters and archvillains. -

Okay, it would be an old dev post that confused me then. I believe it was Geko who was posting back then.
I really wish they would make this stuff more open. Give us the numbers and tell us how it works. I'm tired of getting bits and dabs of data only to have player testing show that it is wrong. -

First off, this is a very nice post. You did some excellent work researching and putting together this information.
Now, my question. Back in the days of the Smoke Grenade nerf, toHit debuffs worked differently than you show. Do you know when it was changed.
It used to be that a toHit debuff reduced the target's base toHit chance by (base toHit * toHit debuff). In other words, Smoke Grenade's 10% toHit debuff reduced an equal level minion's chance to hit from 50% to 45% and an equal level AV's chance to hit from 75% to 67.5%.
Now, what your showing is much simpler and actually makes toHit debuffs more powerful. Was this a change with Issue 7 or earlier? -
