Theme/Concept: Your basic street gang, aimed at young characters with a violent streak. We have no goals or agenda. Our purpose is to hang with each other, take stuff, and break stuff. We do crimes all day, party all night, sleep rarely. The name derives from the fact that the founder got her powers (and her penchant for random violence) from self-invented designer drugs; however, no chemistry tie-in is required for membership Only one rule: We watch each other's backs. We don't always get along with each other, but if you mess with one of us, you mess with all of us.

Activity: Just starting out! Get in on the ground floor! Probably most active evenings, Pacific time.

Requirements for Membership: RL age 18+; character age under 30 preferred, though older characters with the right attitude will be considered. Be willing to RP, and know the difference between OOC and IC -- IC you can be as big a tool as you like, but please be a pleasant person OOC.

The New Supreme Soviet is seeking ideologically pure comrades to join us in the fight against the oppressors. They will call us "villains" but we break the laws, not for personal gain or the pleasure of destruction, but to tear down the capitalist system and prepare the way to remove the imperialists from power, finally paving the way for the peaceful, benign rule of World Socialism. We will fight against the so-called "heroes" who act as lackeys of Wall Street in suppressing the People, and those villain groups who would stand in the way of our struggle. Most espescially, we will fight the fascisti of the so-called "Council" wherever they show themselves.
