Turns out I had a different bug then any of the ones listed here. Yesterday when I logged in, there was no mention that my upkeep was due. I even went to the Super Group guy and tried to pay it, but he said it wasn't due. Today when I logged in I got the message that it was due on 07/31. So I paid it and everything works fine now. Thanks for all the suggestions though.

For some reason my power generator isn't generation power anymore. Am I missing something? Did they add another requirement for generating power? Everything has been working fine in my base for years, but now all of a sudden nothing is getting power. What's going on?

I searched the forums for any discussion of this and couldn't find anything. I'm assuming that in an MMORPG community as large as this one many of you have seen the reboot of Dr. Who that began in 2005. I have noticed on multiple occasions and as recently as the last episode (the Christmas one) that many sound effects from CoH/CoV are used as sound effects on Dr. Who. Am I the only one that has noticed this? Has this ever been discussed on here? If it has, have any of the developers ever commented on it? Just curious.
