I solve it
It was hard but finally it's finished
I had to write somthing in a file of System32

Another possibility is the updater does not work if it is run from the program directory. Make that the updater is on your desktop or in a different folder than the cityofheroes folder.
Also some routers have a firewall built into the router itself. See if you can connect your computer directly to the modem and try again.
My home network needs necessary the router of my provider becouse from this router pass phone line to. Anyway the firewall of router is NOT ACTIVE.
The updater is on desktop but it doesen't works however. -

However, from the post he made above yours, it sounds like he's having no trouble downloading the client, but having trouble with cohupdater itself.
I'd suggest a few things myself but I have no personal experience with Windows 7
I able to open theese link from pc of my friends but not from my pc or other pc under my flat network....I think there are problem with my router....but I don't understand what doesen't works.....All firewall (windows and router) are disabled....

Okay, where are you geographically located; are you in North America? Are you perhaps on a University network?
The link called: Pc Client (but I try yours link to) allow me to download a file of about 10.9 MB (1.1 mb another link). Wehen I open this file start the istallation...I agree the license, and go on untill a window called CoH Updater opens. At this point the dowload of 3.8Gb file doesen't start. and say me the posted message.
With other file (1.1 Mb one) it doesen't ask me to install but directly open the updater. I'll try a lot of time in alot of way. Uninstall all everytime and let works every link but nothing

I don't use norton. I have Kaspersky....I have disable the antivirus and shut it off. I tried also to Able the firewall and manually add both:City of Heroes and CoH Updater. Then I tried to restart the updater with and without firewall...but nothing change

I tried to download client for the trial. I create the account but when I try to download client and the widnow of download opens it says me that is impossible to view this page in this moment and the download don't start. How do I have to do??
