I've read conversations that something like the nemesis program be implemented via the the Safeguard/Mayhem system... I don't remember if it was ever looked at or read by a Dev but maybe I think Pohsyb and maybe Castle commented on the idea.

The concept is that our character files are stored Server side. Given that when you enter a sg/mayhem mission the server looks at those on the team and picks a random toon from the other faction from somebodies account and uses them as the Hero or villain that you face in the mission. and if no one on the team has a toon from the other faction than it uses one from the current pool of NPC's

I could be totally making this up and have hallucinated the entire thing. But I still like the idea.

Coming from a Development course that's called the alpha phase of testing.

Obviously, If you don't like the event or think it's tired, nothing says you have to play it.

If the other Dev created is getting tiresome, try the AE system there really are some jewels in there, not just the Dev Choice's.

If neither of these options suits you you could try your hand at PvP.

and if none of these options is what you want. Are you sure you really want to spend $15 a month on game you don't want to play?

At this time no updates to old content only means that most of the team is working on the unprecedented system of faction switching. I can't remember but for an MMO that has Factions or Realms or Sides or whatever isn't this a first?

While I am of the opinion that some more visible effort should be made into updating the old and sometimes buggy content. I realize that old does not draw new players to the game, nor does it bring back old players that left. New and shiny pays the bills... and thus allows Paragon studios to add to the staff so that not only do we get faster updates but the old stuff is fixed/spruced up too.

You can only win once so sure go ahead...while you are at it make it a face book app

1. GR is not in beta...yet. I know this because PRE-Order has not happened yet.

As far as I know the tails are purely decorative, if Kitty or Kat were standing still the tails would just fall limp. Maybe they have wires in the base to make it stand out a bit, only Katfood knows.

I never said there wouldn't be a an issue between now and the release of Going Rogue. However, those that choose not get the expansion with probably seen a hefty update to go along with Going Rogue. Much like i6 corresponded with the release of CoV. My prediction, GR's corresponding issue number i18 maybe i19.
