Love for Hems :3

Sounds like a plan. Now I need to peel my eyes from the screen and my portfolio crap out to run down to Kinko's tomorrow to send out to various studios. Because I'm obviously not a professional artist as someone kindly pointed out to me

Makes two of us >_> But the sentiment alone's appreciated. About a year ago I nearly gave up art after I was let go on a project due to some circumstances out of both my boss and my control. It's nice to be back in the creative seat again so to speak.

So for character design class, I chose a very talented artist, Claire Wendling, to reference for Jack and the Beanstalk. Here are a few of the finished pieces from that class :3 I had the giant on before, but now he's colored! Woo!

Danke TA It'd been needing a good finishing up since finals began A MONTH AGO... so now that those are over... I was able to finally get back to her.

Well apparently my old sketchdump is gone. And that's alright. Here's a few images from my character design class I'd love to share. These were done in the style of Claire Wendling, a very famous comic and animation artist. The idea was to create seven pre-production visual concepts for the characters of Jack and the Beanstalk.
