I'm having the same exact problem as the PO. Also running Windows 7. It takes about 6-7 minutes for the test login screen to come up. Then I can make a character, but when I goto log into the game it goes to the loading screen for 5-10 minutes and then goes back to the login screen.

The live server is working for me, though it is extremely slow loading as well. Even on live though, the game looks like garbage. I've changed all the settings but it still looks bad. This is the first time logging in since I installed windows 7....so I'm assuming there is some sort of compatability issue with Windows 7?


Edit* Scratch that....I'm having the same problem on live server as well.

I recently installed Windows 7 on my computer. I did so because my old harddrive crashed and I decided to take the oppertunity to upgrade. I downloaded the CoH game clients, but when I try to log into Test...even in safe mode, the screen is so zoomed in I can only see the top left corner of the sign in screen. Anyone have any ideas as how I can get logged in and change the video settings?

I hope the new graphics engine makes things look ALOT better. I've been playing Aion for a month now, and I can't stand to even play CoX now because it is so ugly in comparison.
