Hey Avatea, made this up a while ago.

I figured he'd probably be a fire blaster, based on his description and the name "Flaming C". I did my best to give him oven mitts.
Also I figured as a comedian, he is naturally a "Mental Manipulator". He seems like the type of guy who would love to create massive confusion.
