Ok, I just made a ice/mm blaster but he is sitting in tutorial cause im waiting for my friend and at first i wasnt really looking to pvp with him but was just curious now how wel he could do?

I wanna make a claws because the just seem kinda good to me, unless some1 thinks another primary is way better but any way what am i looking at here will the do pretty good for a newb pvper? and what is better pvp regen or SR?

i think that rnergy blade will be a great scrapper power i always try to make scrappers but i doont like any of the primary powers
