It seems to be back again this morning, I got the long patch yesterday and things started fine this morning. Got a password error when logging out to the loggin screen, so I quit to desktop and now have the same error again.

Exactly the same error, I was playing fine on test logged out to transfer a character and when I tried to log back in got a manifest check download and then the error, got past the first error only to get an error about a bad install. I then did a verify all files and it went back to the piggs/soundVMusic7.pigg error.

Failed to load texture library. It is likely that City of Heroes is not properly installed. Re-installing or running CohUpdater may fix this.

Intel my DM/DA runs both acrobatics and cj. Yesterday with the help of a good defender, I was able to fight 4 +1 death mages in the AS without being held. Whether the defender gave something in addition to the resists those 2 have or not i can't say but i know i haven't been held. I will try it with just cj when i can to see if i get the same result you did.
