If I remember correctly, the plaza in Galaxy city is a lot closer to the train than it is in Atlas Park. And by "a lot" I mean for a Huge lvl 2 character who takes forever to get around. So I began starting heroes there for a while.
I had forgotten I started RooGirl, now 34, in Galaxy. She was doing the part of the Unity Plague storyarc where you're errand girl for a while, and when she came to Back Alley Brawler he said something like "Haven't seen you for a while, looks like you're doing well."
