    The Kudos Thread

    Just wanted to post an example I have of why the support staff for this game ROCKS!

    Two days ago I had a mission given to me in Bricks, I went to DA ready to tear through it and get another. The mission was to find 10 boxs in a hugh COT style map. No problem I thought, well...... About 45 minutes later, I had all the mobs dead, the entire map revealed, and 9 of 10 boxs found. Figured I must have missed it somewhere and I went searching for it. Four hours later I finally gave up and logged for the night (pretty tired and a bit annoyed).

    The next day I went right back to it. The mission was reset, so I figured I'd get it this time. Same result as the previous night, 9 of 10 again. Spent 3 hours searching, logged, logged back on, did the mission a third time. Same result. Now I'm just over 10 hours in just searching for this darn mystrey box I keep missing.

    Before I sent a /petition, /bug report I wanted to be as sure as I could that it wasn't me. By now, I am pretty sure. I sent my reports up and hoped I might hear back. It was only around 15 minutes after my report went up that I got a tell from GM_Eric. He asked the problem, went into the mission, found the box (behind a wall, and impossible for me to get to), ported me to it, and all was well. (I was relieved that it wasn't just something I had missed)

    Anyway, I know all responses aren't always this fast. In some MMO's though it's amazing to get a response days or weeks later. I've been impressed with this game and it's staff from the start.
