Quite simple. The readings are still rising (Growing in magnitude), but no longer as sharply as they once were (leveling off.)

I'm out hunting badges, so I thought i might offer /loc results when I hit one.

The /loc result for the "Regal" Badge: -447.8, 42.3, 2171.1
Destined for Valhalla: -4097.9, 352.2, 2473.3

I've also had a civillian shout out the names of the other heroes in the zone. IE, "I hear <Superhero name> is awesome!" I kept clicking on him, and he kept saying the same phrase, just with different names of the people in the zone.
