Heh, at the risk of opening up a huge can of worms...
I used to PvP regularly in RV... until they changed how MM's can buff their pets. Great for PvE, but sucked royally for PvP.
And my computer got outdated, but yeah it was more-so the MM 'improvement' (nerf). -

That way, you have Hero-side players who can help you out. It's just easier, overall.

I thought it might be at first as well, but then I looked again and I think it's a trailing, rippling corner of States's cape. Flowy fabric bends at weird angles sometimes and if that is indeed a foot (which I postulate it isn't) then its drawing style is wildly different from the rest of the art. Hmm... I wonder if the "Who will DIE?" will be posed to the community in the form of popular vote, akin to the death of Robin (Jason Todd)?
That would be interesting to see the outcome. -
So now there's two distinct theories.
1) Photoshopping/Artist/Marketing error. Supported by Z. Seems the more likely cause at this time.
2) Prelude to Freedom. Manticore is dead/missing/whatever, and the team is bearing his quiver (maybe bow too) for sentimental reasons. Also explains Sister Psyche's absence. -

And yep, legs aren't that long, which is why I think the photoshopping to fit in the logo messed with the placements of the figures.
As for a red foot... well, look at Numina's shorter 'smock', or Citadel's workboot and pants. Could be artistic liberty taken.
We could try to get the artist to fess up here on the forums?

1 - It IS Citadel's arm. He's BIG.
2 - Statesman's Cape. Not Manti's back.
3 - Statesmen's Cape again. Not Manti's leg.
4 - Synapse's foot. Thought it's a hell of a long leg he's got there, you can see it's the anatomy of the ankle and foot heading in the direction Synapse is running.
5 - Where is Citadel's other leg? Probably behind this...
