swear to gawd, i remember having -res on my freezing rain...
cant remember what it is, but will check tonight when im logged in.

Although, thinking about it... i could have been thinking about Steamy mist instead.... I might have resistance and defence "buffs" both in it, and confused the res as -res for freezing rain..... boo hoo

I agree, Freezing Rain is one of the best Defence Debuffers there are.

Although, i think you should decide on whether u want Defence debuffs in, or Damage Resistance Debuffers in it.

There is a difference i think, i think defence is used to work out whether an attack will hit
(so if u attack after reducing an enemys defence, then it just makes u more likely to hit them)
But
If you debuff an enemys damage resistance, then an attack that does a mere 82 damage (eg my lightning storm) can now do possibly 112 damage to a equal lvl enemy.

This is just a hypothetical idea, i did test this on enemys lower level than me, eg lvl 18s
And without freezing rain, my lightning storm did 112 damage, and after freezing rain, each blast of lighning did a figure in the 300's

And i think this debuff was with only 1 defence debuff, and one damage resistance debuff.

Its definitly useful on bosses, although, can be annoyingly in-effective against flying enemys such as flying trolls, or outcast at early levels.

Somtimes u will get players in pvp who are stupid enough to fly through a freezing rain that u place in air.
NOOOOBS!!! Lol

(also, with 2+ recharge reductions on lightning storm, u can have 2 overlapping lightning storms)
