Ideal AT: Controller or maybe Defender

Powers:
1.) A buff that is much like Fulcrum shift except it's pbaoe and it Gives buff bonus for each ally within a certain radius of you. Pbaoe

2.) A Hold that for X amount of seconds disables all opponents powers (Or a Particular set or type primary, secondary, travel, melee, range, buff, debuff, etc.) Targeted Aoe

3.) A blank Value power that when selecting a ally or enemy target and clicked a random power will be picked and you will have 3 uses then it will return to blank value absorb power. Ranged / Special

4.) A Pbaoe Power that Slows enemies in set radius. pbaoe -slow

5.) 1 Incarnate Pet, that has 1 random incarnate power, and 1 random melee attack. pet

These are just a few ideas, perhaps it should be set with defender as there are no real holds, or imobs, but I figured that would be one of the things balancing this power idea. I think it would be cool if the devs could take a serious look at making this a possibility.

Come on Wheres That Secret Code that was un announced? (Complete guess, But they did it with the prestige grant, awarded it twice.)

EDIT: Not if they left thinking it was over.

EDIT2: Thats what they announced but think about it, Prestige grant happened twice. The rikti invasion for i10 never went away, The free character transfers got extended 1 month.

Its all a complete guess.

How long do you think it will be before #10 comes out? I'm gona give it 10 min.

Less work For the GMs so they can help the devs with more important thigns like fixing the broken game.

The Other part you guys seem to be missing is I said that the GMs would have to support them and choose them.. and I'm not saying give them GM powers that would be completly insane yes..I just mean like helping them out.. err kind of like uhhh a step up day in high school where you stay withsomeone for a day to see how they do there job and you get some experiance or something..

The GSes in Shaiya don't actually have GM powers, but they're expected to mediate disputes, have what amounts to a red phone to the GMs, and are able to send server-wide chat messages. The Shaiya GSes are also supposed to organize in-game events and provide forum support.

Ok so I was just wondering. Can we have something like Game Sages in this game too? Where players get some of the stuff Game masters get to do? Let me explain more. A Game Master chooses a player he/she likes to support if any. Then The Supporting Game Master will teach the Game Sage a little bit of how to do his job. Anwsering tickets or whatever else GMs do. and as a reward to the Game Sages they get a cool GS tag beside there name XD or maybe a reduced fee to city of heroes. Can a GM or Dev anwser if that would be possible?

It's broked.. its been down since before I came, and I came in i3 to 4 ish gotta be longer then that, and I agree with the devs corner thing XD I need a dev to post to do that though.

I was thinking similar but Base raiding and cop, are both events that players can play... that and it fits no where else.

Dude there is absolutly nothing in i15 just a couple of tf's, now maybe there working there butts off for City of rogues, but not i15.

Yea, So when are you goingto turn to another Hamidon or random realy big monster and attack us again? and if not scheduled could you schdule one? That would be fun thing to add to the game in PvP world XD People getting to fight the devolpers.. Although that takes away from you guys desiging other cool stuff, so in your free time XD But deffinitly fun.

If you are asking what kind of cool stuff do you unlock end game, You get The VEATs or Epic ATs, The cool thing with online games though is it never really ends. (Until devs run out of funds) There are all kinds of cool stuff to do ounce you hit lv 50 though, TFs, SFs, Raid(scratch that), Base editing, pvp, MA, etc. Talking to friends.

Ok I know you say you will fix both of these but the CoP has been down 4 years.. You want more pvp but then you take away Raids... >.< Raiding is the best form of PvP... So me and a few friends decided to post our oppinions on here.. We don't care if it's not the way it was intended, we like it the way it was so if you could just place it back on live servers and only fix it on test until it is the way you want it that would be appreciated. Also CoP Not as much care for that as I have never done it, but I hear thats how you get IoPs.. Would help. Anyways, If you guys could just take this into consideration please, I would realy liek to start raiding again =)

Ok, My question is kind of complicated.. I know the first computer will run coh very well, I am curious about the second computer. Will it run coh nicly? They are both very nice systems but I would rather go with the smaller priced one if it will also play coh smoothly. Can you guys tell me if it will run smoothly? The second one..

Ok is it just me or is every single major exploit this game has had came from Rikti? I mean look at it:

1)Monkey Farming
2)Portal spawn farming
3)Portals granting alot of exp farming
4)Ouroubous vanguard exploit
5)Lv42 Rikti Communication glitch

......... I think these aliens are giving us more then pointers on new technology, and world destruction. . .
