I Have this guy to 50 already just need to tweek the slots. want your input, I have everything expept 3 sets of obliteration and the sheild defence I/O from other char's I dont play much. yep its a expensive build but might be my main if it turns out good. with combat jump running I have 45.4% def to melee and ranged, and doing without a travel power for now I just use ninja run and rocket pack and get along fine with that.

  2. I have a ele/SR scrapper and love that char and I also have a ice/ice tank
    and wish I would have been Ele on her instead of Ice melee just remember you wont be as durable in melee as other tanks. But on the up side Ice can stick and move real fast back into ranged where your almost untouchable if slotted right. LightingRod + FireBall+ eng obsorb would about take the fight out of anything. then just move back while they are slowed to death from your CE and finish the rest with fire ranged attacks.
