Selling two crafted:
Gladiator's Armor: +Res (Teleportation), +3Def (All).10
Looking for 2.9 bil each. -
Yep I copied Mojo's original build pre-botz nerf, then we kinda of went different ways with how we handled that def impact. The fitness change we also both handled differently, simply because we were after different stuff.
@Dawun
Illusions of Grandeur
Ill/Rad troller
@tamaki revolutions
S1337
Cold defender
@Cancer
@Otelo
(various toons)
@Kingsbury
Same
@Magenta Bolt
Would be my list, as for me being well liked why thank you.
Think the ratio to well liked is balanced by some that really seem to hate me with a passion.
O well, lots of lols in that.
@Mojo drops in on occassion but yeah seems to be off doing other stuff at present. -
Quote:Seriously what game are you playing, its a matter of activate a power let it finish and then move.While I haven't played the encounter in question yet, the game is designed so that you fight by "standing still and clicking your power buttons over and over". If they want people to fight on the move they should first make it possible to actually do so.
Strangely enough if you try to move while an animation is going, that doesn't happen but between works just fine.
I love the last mission of Apex, as it what this game should be about, people moving around in a changing field of combat, instead of just standing around beating on a non-moving target.
So many people yelling for nerfs really.... how about this... please Devs give us lots more of this and make stuff even harder still.
I really like this new content give me more of it.
The only issue I have is for a team that is properly balanced and knows about working together it can be a cake walk.
But that is understandable as they have to make it easy enough that people in total pug groups that have never worked together can still complete them. -

Suggestion:
Can you wait a bit longer than just 1 week to provide the 2nd respec?
I really don't mind getting it later, even as late a christmas present when that event starts, just even the toons I want to respec as a priority will take me longer than a week to get done. -
Now only if I didn't have over 70 toons that I need to respec
Guess I'm just going to have to do my priority ones, and the others will get done when they get done, and I'll only have one shot at fixing them. Unless/till I fork out inf, real dollars, or get lucky and get a drop. -
And it seems that someone forgot to tell them - seriously the last invasion weekend was light.
Well this one is far far worse, to the point of non-existant - I've seen one invasion event in over 2 hrs now.
Seriously turn it up more than just a few notches.
Edited to add:
On Triumph hero side they are basically a no-show
Update:
They just started turning up - if it was due to a long wait between sequences of runs - please reduce the time - depending on when the lull hits - the wait is far far too long -
I have a question, why does a casual player have an inborn right, to be able to kit out a toon in the few hours a month they play, at the same level as someone who is willing to committ hundred of hours to a single toon to setup?
I agree they have the right to be able to acquire the gear, and if they spend the time and get a character to lvl 47+ or go along with a team of that level they too can get purple drops. So that is one point ticked off - can anyone get a drop of the purple receipes, indeed they can. They aren't only acquired in a particular location where you need a toon that you have dropped a lot of infl into survive the experience.
I openly admit i have a few toons that cost me a lot of inf and time to put together. I have a fire kin, a scrapper, widow, brutes, and a few others that cost me over several billion in inf to put together.
However, the fire kin I used initially for farming was wait for it.....
Set up initially with only standard IOs, as i used the toon more often at lvl 50 I started getting drops of receipes that I used to improve it and other toons. And slowly but surely I built up that toon and others, though putting in the time and effort that I felt they were worth based on what I found fun.
Some of my toons have a mixture of standard IOs, and even SOs, and due to the fact I don't play them enough to warrant spending lots on them that's all they'll likely ever have. But if someone needs some debuf or support in a team, I have them available, and I'll make use of them, and still have fun.
I've not brought anything off market, and I've not ever, nor will ever buy inf for real money. Ironically I've seen some people during the wrost of the AE era trying to copy my fire kin and go off and do just that, and strangely enough left the game shortly saying they were bored. When their fire kin went from no set bonuses to a war and peace of set bonuses practically over night, it was fairly obvious what they had done with it being only a new 50 and having no others.
If you don't earn something you don't value it, but the people unwillingly to work for it, will often say they have the right to have it anyway.
I'm sorry the world doesn't work that way, and there are lots of other sayings around for just the simple reason, that at some point you have to pay the piper, and thats the truth.
You want something, then put in the effort to get it, and stop complaining. -
Could just be the players screaming its dead are those that people don't want to team with due to issues with them not being actually able to contribute to a team.
While people were crying it was dead I moved from one full team tf to another with not all the players being on both. Ended up doing 5 hours of TFs with none longer than 50 mins was a nice run of merits and good teams.
More like its certain channels seem to be falling out of favour, at least for forming decent TF team, than the server being dead. After all who wants to put up with all the rubbish certain players like to throw up into certain channels.
Lots of players are now using globals to form tfs, or their own private/sg channels rather then channels used in the past. In a lot of cases some people have left at least one of the channels that used to serve this purpose. While its good to encourge people to get back into them, the players using sometimes really need to take some conversation to tells in a private channel, and a lot of the mods of certain channel are off in closed beta or busy with rl, and not paying attention. -
We were doing a Barracuda SF, and were part way through a Master run with no deaths.
Using an Ouroboros portal to leave one of the missions, all the members of the team that went to Ouroboros were forced off the team. With the following message showing in your dialog area:
You have quit your team
You were dropped from your team of Heroes and Villains because this zone does not allow mixed teams.
However, this shouldn't have applied as this was a pure villian team strike force, not a co-operative mission. -
Agree as other posts have pointed running through the massive amount of content at various levels there are available will take a lot of time. Besides that just because you've got that say scrapper that you love through to 50, doesn't mean it the same experience as getting same a kin/* defender through to 50, or anything else.
By playing other powerset combo through in the same class or another just helps you learn more about the game, and going back to that first toon you'll likely see improvements you can make after a time. Even less time if you look at the forums in regards to various build ideas.
Also when you exmp down you are still getting funds and prestige as if you were fighting foes +X of the exmp level above 50. So if you exmp'd your 50 down to lvl 15, and kill something lvl 17, the reward is the same as if you killed something level 52 and weren't exmp'd. so your time is getting the same benefit per kill as if you had stayed at 50. Only with SSK now making that kill at lvl 15 is even easier as you have your level 20 powers, including stamina if you're slotted right -
Hi, I'm @Maya Redhand, I'm located in Sydney and can be found on a number of different servers, though currently most of my toons are on Triumph. As I didn't learn about Aussies 'unofficial home' being on Justice till recently, though I now have a few toons on there as well. Also toons on Freedom, Liberty, Virtue, Protector, and a odds and ends in a few other places.
I do tend to play more Hero side, but I do so enjoy my elec/shield brute, and my Robotics/DM MM.
So far I'm not trying to recover from my alt - ism but rather wallowing around in it enjoying myself greatly. Only up to 75 toons so far, and so many options still to try, though I do have a core of about 8 that I play the most reguarlly.
