I would actually want Kheldian colour customization exactly BECOUSE of theme and fluff reasons.
In the original City of Heroes comic book good Kheldian Horus was green in nova form while bad Nictus Requiem was red and had red tinted powers.
With me those colours clicked a lot more than in game white and purple.
Also I prefer aggresive "blapper" style that Peacebringers use compared to Warshade dork corpse leeching ones.
Making a red Peacebringer and switching him to villain side with Going Rogue would be a wet dream to me.
