To the OP himself, a few problems - the questions forum isn't the place for this sort of thing. I'd recommend your server's subforum if you want to plan a team. However, I'd suggest simply forming one on the fly. Forcefield is a pretty big draw when it comes to PUGs and simply sending tells to players with their LFT flags up saying "Hi, I'm forming a Lv$level mission team, wanna help? I've got bubbles!" is likely to get you a good-sized team fairly quickly {semi-related: I love SSK!}. As for the missions themselves, there's several options - first is your contact missions. The pro is that they tend to have variety, the cons are that they can send you all over the place and need some work getting their contact numbers. There are also repeatables - the Rikti War Zone comes readily to mind. Borea always gives out missions inside the zone, and with the removal of level requirement, you can take both heroes and villains of any and all levels to said missions. The fact that you can rely on her to give you missions with Rikti, rather than more troublesome groups such as Circle of Thorns or Malta is also a plus.
