no, its only 3 slotted dmg for obvious ED purposes. I had made this tank shortly after ED and right about the time mobs would run away from the burn patch which was probably the same time, don't know.
Anyhow I think I found the problem and as embarrassed as I am able to admit this, I have made an error. The lack of dmg was because of the custom mob(not my mission) I was up against had fire aura. Well I'm relieved and at the same time ashamed for my snarky comments. Sorry for wasting everyone's time.

Well it's doing less damage now so something was changed. I remember it doing more than 3 for jeebuz sake. It was late at night so I'll do a lil more research on the matter and see if it had anything to do with enemy resistance. It was an AE mission too so I'll check it out. If I'm wrong about the whole matter then I'm truly sorry for wasting everyone's time.

So I logged on to my ol' lvl 50 fire ice tank to find that his burn power has had its damage decreased. Did this power really need further balancing since the implementation of ED? It might have had several nerfs after that, I don't know for sure but it bummed me out to see the 3 dmg DoT on its own, fully slotted for dmg and 5-6 dmg DoT with buildup and fiery embrace. Might as well make burn heal the mobs 5 HP DoT for 10 seconds once they come in contact with it... C'mon devs, you're killing us here. You're really killing us.

Anyhow, the well scripted email I got regarding this when I sent a question/petition last night asked me to post on here so that maybe there would be a chance that a Dev would stumble on it and at least read it.

I told him his situation sucks but unfortunately the rules of the SGs are at odds to his unfortunate situation but he may get lucky cause that person most likely ain't coming back.

When the change was made, the devs did mention something about contacting customer support for certain issues but I don't think unfortunately you fall in one of those issues. Wait it out and hopefully you'll get your SG back. Welcome back btw and hopefully you will find employment and continue to enjoy the game with your family in the future. Best to ignore some [censored] bags on here literally.
