Haven't tried the latest incarnation but the grocery store nearby has a large kosher section and around Passover they make Pepsi with sugar, since Jews aren't supposed to drink corn syrip, and it is MUCH better.

The mods are quite impressive.
I have a monster-rig, so I download as many high-res mods as I can. Really... REALLY ups the game for me.
I downloaded the BRUPO body mods (yes, it's nude, but that is NOT why I downloaded it!), as it really enhances the textures and angles of the character (strange that my male and female characters have the same should width without it >.>
Extra faces are a must. Extra hair always.
I don't tend to use any weapon mods, except for some high-res texturing. I use some additional perks mod for some realism, and, when I'm feeling especially brutal, use the F3 Spawn Mod and head into the Senate. *shivers* -
