I have noticed an issue with shield defense as well since I 17- My defense numbers have not dropped, running the same Borea Missions in RWZ at the same settings as prior to I 17 or running the same AE missions, and yet, there seems to be something going on, if one mob hits me, they all do. and I am dead before I can click an inspiration. These are not mobs that can defense debuff. I am well over defense cap. I submitted an in-game request and got a generic email about how they couldn't give me any game-specific information. But it seems to me either the mobs got a buff that isn't mentioned, or shield def got nerfed and not mentioned. There is some sort of cascading defense drop or some strange occurrance, and it has happened daily, so it wasn't a one time unlucky streak. I have friends who are stating the same thing with their shielders. Did Def soft-cap go up? Shield def get nerfed? or did another bug happen in i 17?
