Personally I hate SS - so I picked up stealth and just slotted a stealth IO on sprint. If your looking for numbers the wiki has the chart for perception and invisibility.

As for the mission TP, I only use it to get to hard to
reach missions across zones; else I'll use O-Portal,
Base TPs, and the Pocket-D Pass.
Is it just me or am I the only one who still street sweeps
on my way to missions? Even with my characters with
some sort of travel power???? -
