If it comes down to it I'll offer Arc as sacrifice to the gelatin god while you pound on it with your lasers.
Just a thought :P -
(I hate tripling up like this, but...)
A friendly reminder that SitCrit Sunday is on April 11th at 6:30 PST, starting in Steel Canyon - Blyde Square! (Not tomorrow because I decided Easter wasn't good after all.) I'm going to be drumming up some broadcasting this week to get you reminded (in addition to getting some SG recruiting done, possibly) -
If I am a winner, I permit NC Interactive, Inc. and NCsoft Europe Limited to use my name, likeness, photograph, hometown, and any comments that I may make about myself or this contest that I provide for advertising and promotional activities. I also certify that I am at least 13 years of age and am eligible to participate in this contest.
Ocho demonstrating his levels of infinite patience: as he calmly explains for the eighteenth time that the villianous duo, who were in great Haste and glowing with Rage, could not order a "Circus Tent Special" at McDonald's. -
I didn't know for the longest time that the company actually has marshmellow treats for pretty much all the major holidays.. we only see them for Easter here.
-
I can see Globe's house from here!
(Completely untrue, but, you never know. Right?)
*yawns* -
Ach, I'm going to push it back to the 11th after all. I might be doing something for Easter myself, so I'll need to keep the day open just in case.
I'll edit the OP as well. -
Progress on the Triumph Trisortion has been mild, but I thought I'd post to update you on our most recent advancements.
TT currently consists of 5 unique members (7 characters), with 2 to three regularly active. We're still recruiting, so please send a tell to my global @Epelesker if you require any information. Truthfully, most members are able to invite.
Our base now includes a medical and invention room.
Our public channel is TriSquare. I was hoping to use it to broadcast events like the Situation Critical Sunday event I'm planning, but the implementation is slow.
We now also have a GuildPortal page. You may visit it through the following address.

Quote:I was thinking that too, which is why I might just end up pushing it back to the 11th.I have a couple of scrappers that I could bring to this. I don't think Easter Sunday is the best day to start this though, being a major religious holiday
But then, I want to see B's bunny suit :P -
Just found out now, via Paragon Wiki, and my jaw dropped.
Good luck out there! -
I'm not much for PvP yet, but I want to contribute something. It might just be a one off thing, then you never see me run an event again, after all :P
All I ask is one day, then I'll cross the bridge when I need to. -
2. 88
3. (future post?)
4. Why I'd like a Wassy arts of one of my characters? Well, I'm generally impressed with the arts community over in this section of the boards, plus I want to get more of a collection started so I can get inspired to start drawing again. -
I was thinking yesterday about how much I liked participating in Tanker Tuesday last week, and I got to throwing around some ideas for other themed events that I could try out. (Not to sound like a copycat or anything.)
Well, I'm nearing ever closer to that three month mark (you may have seen my report I did a couple of days ago), so I figure if I was going to do something in-game to commemorate it, then it should be with as many people as possible.
The Triumph Trisortion presents Situation Critical Sunday
Date: Sunday, 11th April 2010
Time: 6:30pm - 8pm (roughly), Pacific Standard Time
Location: Blyde Square, Steel Canyon. Near the base portal.
Characters: AT must be Scrapper, but all origins, powersets, pools, character design, sec. levels and levels of RP experience are welcome!
Event Details: We're going to form teams of all Scrapper ATs and punch some stuff. Radio missions, task forces, random in-game events, PvE patrol: most things are fair game.
In-Game Contact: Arctracer (Elec/Reflex/Speed Tech. Scrapper), @Epelesker
Boards Contact: This thread, PM to QuarriosSoul
I'm looking for able bodies who can help me, maybe one or two extra leaders to help run teams depending on what levels show up. It's a thing bigger than I've really ever done before, but I'm up to the challenge!
Let's give it some discussion before I set everything in stone. -
I play this server in tandem with Triumph (my original) and Freedom (where my friend played before he quit, though I try to convince him to return...) I'm quite new to the game myself and of twelve total characters (so far...), 4 are on Virtue:
Distray Zone - LV24 Blaster, Energy/Fire/Flight/Conceal. Current main, is a member of the Paragonian Knights.
National Capital - Tanker, Strength/Shield/Leaping. Member of a Canadian themed SG, the Northern Watch.
Crackglass - Stalker, Dark/Energy/Telepo. Member of the SG, Malicious Underground, but I neglect him more often than I should.
Tybroskvin - Brute, Mace/Stone. Has yet to hit 10, but I'm trying... (He's my boards avatar, though.)
I've got Virtueverse entries, but they still need to be updated and finished.
Looking forward to i17! Anyway, I think that's everything important about my activities on Vert. See you around! -
I figure that with my first vet milestone around the corner, I thought I'd share with you what my progress has been on this, my maiden server.
(Technically there was one before that, but I can't remember it. So I'm saying that Triumph was the one.)
Arctracer - First character ever, Elec/Reflex/Speed scrapper. Dinged 20 last night thanks to SG-mate KineticPistoleer (we ran a Midnighters mission and the second slot). Thanks again if you see this!
I'm going to detour a bit and talk about the Triumph Trisortion here, since that's my big project with him. Even though I created the group straight when Arc hit 10 in January, I feel like it's just starting to get off the ground, with our memberbase rising slowly but surely. I figure I'm doing an OK job, but there's always room for improvement. By the way, might as well add that if you're interested in joining the TT, you can PST me (using global if I'm off server) in game and I can get either Arc or Antarchon (more on him later) to add you and get you off to a good start.
Metadelicon - First redside, Plant/Earth/Leaping dominator. Currently 18 as of this, I always liked his concept that I came up with but recently I've been favoring other characters. I'm working on a mission set based around him, so look forward to "The Vitalis Error" or some similar title soon!
Distray Zone - Energy/Fire/Flight blaster. I started him out here, but moved him out to Virtue, where he seems to be thriving. Currently the highest level of all my characters, around 23-24. For those that miss him, he's OK.
Eighth Ender - Gravity/Kinetic controller. This is a fun story: Originally started on Tri, then swapped to Virtue. Then the issue of the Crazy Eight Hami raid came up, and near on the spot decided to bring him back over. Missed the raid o'course, but it's a future goal I want to get with him.
Satrytauros - Field/Sonic defender. Shipped him off to Freedom because I found out my friend (who I was looking for waaay back) was originally active with his group. Gave him pants as a parting gift :P He's not too bad off as well, but the tireless search continues.
Assaulon 9 - Robot/Storm mastermind. A migrant from Virtue. I've favored other characters since my new comp arrived for fear of extreme lag, but I might be able to handle him after all. One of my most fave character designs, though.
Antarchon - Ice/Ice/Flight/(baby?) tanker. Most recent character since just this week, I've recieved some great comments about him already (about the name). Tanker Tuesday was fun with him, so I decided to keep him and added him to the Trisortion. He and a friend of mine have this cool story together now.
The future? Come issue 17 I have plans for a Peacebringer on this server to have fun with before GR, at the very least. I'll halt this wall of text for now, but to everyone on Triumph, thanks for the great times now and in the future! -
Yeah! Let's celebrate together, since mine is still relatively new. I've had it for about a week, and it runs pretty good.
(Won't risk turning up to Ultra though...) -
Yummy colors and lighting, couldn't go into more detail even if I wanted to.
Too early in the morning... ;P -
Well then, happy birthday!
(But what kind of aura is it?) -
Thanks for the TT! I had a blast with Antarchon. -
Morning!
Lesse, I hope my manager doesn't call me because I already told her I have class today. Accidientally scheduled for today anyway, but she said she fixed it.
"Accidentally" :< -
Definitely in. I made Antarchon last night just for this purpose!
I'll try to not be late. -
-
I really like the composition of the group shot. Fenian looks pretty hot, too.
Congrats on the arts, again! -
Indeed.
See you in the morning? -
I'd like one, but I can't go to the convention. I'll just stare at all of yours (or, more likely, go back to reading Big Hero 6, art'd by... well, guess who?).
I posted congrats on the other thread, but I'll reciprocate the well-wishes here!
