Hello all.
I'm returning to COH after about a year away. I'm wondering what has changed since I've been away, because I've heard characters can have a second build? When did that happen? And at what level can you start your second build?
Has anything else as cool as that happened in the last year?

Sorry, I totally forgot to mention. He's a mutant but his claws are tech gloves. And I'd already put the grey on the wing tips... they only look right one colour if they're white imo.

That costume you've come up with is really close to something I was toying with last night, although I don't have those boots. I've just hit a creative wall with costumes, every one seems to be coming out black and dark red.

Normally I can come up with a costume that I'm happy with, but when I unlocked wings and started my winged concept toon I just can't come up with a costume that I'm happy with. If anyone wanted to take a stab at it that would be great.

The character is the Black Kite, a winged claws/sr scrapper with grey skin and black wings... apart from that I'm stumped.

Any help would be cool, thanks.
