What I am hoping is that all the things going into COV like the graphics, bases, etc will make it to COH. As it is my fiancee and I are only going to keep one COH account up and get only one COV account. There is no reason to have 2 of each if it is basically going to be the same.

I'm not really complaining, just saying it was silly and completely unnecesarry. If you *were* in permadebt:
1) I don't believe you
2) No, stop lying
3) I really don't believe you
4) If you were, it's because you suck. -
I do, but not too badly.
FH - Not worth nerfing.
Recon - It's already long recharge... maybe lessen heal, but I doubt it. Perhaps reduce enhanceable heal?(they love doing that)
QR - Probably move it down to stamina level... still good, though.
DP - Longer recharge, still perma w/ hasten and 6 recharge, though. Possibly drop from 40% to 30-35% increase, but no lower than that.
Integration - They nerf it every time(sigh...) maybe another 50% unenhanceable drop? It's not a fantastic power healing-wise anymore anyway, so they may be finished nerfing it.
Resiliance - What is there to nerf??
IH - I think they like this now. I wouldn't be surprised by a shorter recharge, actually.
Revive - Pfa. Nothing to nerf here.
MoG - That's tricky... Maybe shorter duration, maybe nothing. I'm guessing nothing. -
Constant whining is one thing to devs, but when the whiners haver a point... it's something else.
Regen really needs DP and QR to function in a team of any size(with the exception of playing with a good kinetics,) So nerfing them would be an act of pure evil. The only reasonable nerfs for DP and QR weould be to make DP perma with 6 slots instead of four, and put QR down with stamina for end recovery. -

A moment is actually defined at 90 seconds -
even with resiliance, i'm typically disoriented by awakens(though not for long) and still have no end and almost no health... revive has a chance of being used as a battle rez, and doesn't wast inspiration stlots, or the time to get more awakens. As for those 12-15 powers i'd want to go get... I can actually think of 8 powers I'd have an easy time dropping... but they're my best choices.

I don't think regen Is going to get nerfed. It's not overpowered, and for the first time in ages, no one's complaining about how vastly superior it is. Whether you want to admit it or not, most power changes come because of whiners, especially lately. Things like lower debt, containment, lower end DA, and vigilance are all because of whiners. And how many people do you know whining that DP in regen is overpowered? I would hastily assume none. Past that, how many people are whining that stamina is overpowered? Actually, a lot of people (cough cough THE ENTIRE DEFENDER FORUM cough) are complaining it's required for all builds.
I think we're going to see more end reduction before we see any change to stamina. As for DP... just stop talking about it, and the no one will notice how good it is! -

Nonono. No one is thinking nearly nerfy enough!
Fast healing -> Fast hurting: You lose health, but can slot this for slightly less health loss.
Reconstruction -> Endurance Battery: This high cost(40 end) click regains 20 points of endurance, but the effect wears off after two seconds.
Quick recovery -> Wear out: You recover end a slightly higher rate, by draining it from nearby allies.
Dull Pain -> Absorb pain: You can absorb some of the damage dealt to your enemies, healing them and hurting yourself. Recharge rate reduced!
Integration -> Disunification: Long recharge click power, Self disorient.
Resiliance -> Resiliance: What? You thought this needed a nerf??
Instant Healing -> Still heals, but only a 10% boost. Quadrupled recharge rate.
Revive -> Faceplant: Why wait for enemies to kill you? Do it yourself!
Moment of Glory -> Moment of idiocy: Self damage, extreme(100%) resistance and defence to all(except fire, cold, energy, negative enegery, smashing, lethal, toxic, and psionic.)
NEW POWER!!! -> Debt: Low end cost toggle-Self +debt
