hm... From six to twelve last night there were about 100 more people in union than there were in defiant so i'll be moving

Don't think i've noticed the lag people seem to find oh so annoying. Maybe it's some issue that was resolved before my time or something.

I'm really leaning to switching to union. Seems more populated, and from what i can tell from this forum a lot of other players are moving over as well.

However this means i'm starting a new character since my previous ones aren't really at a high enough level to justify paying for the move.

So either i'll start up my stone/fire brute again, since i like the concept of the character, or try my hands at some kind of stalker. Seems like fun stuff. I'll let you know when i've reached at least lvl 10-15 or so i guess. If there's anyone who wants to start up an alt or clear xp debt i'd appreciate the company though.

It's a repetitive game. There's no getting around that, so if that's your hang-up i'm afraid it won't get any better. It's pretty much what MMORPG's are about, rince repeat. It's kind of unavoidable that it'll get boring after you've done everything. Honestly, i can't see why one would be surprised.

Of the MMORPG's i've tested CoV is by far the most approachable. I've tried WoW, Eve, ragnarok online, rose online, star wars galaxies and guild wars (wow, more than i thought) and i've felt the early signs of grind sickness a lot earlier in those games.

Well ok, i haven't exactly had trouble finding teams but still, at a time i only see about 50-60 people online. Seems odd, because it isn't exactly "massive" in the sense i'm used to.

This may be a repeat post but i'll post it anyway since, you know, it's evil to repeat posts.

I've been playing since saturday and it seems to me that defiant is a pretty empty server. Is it just me playing at odd times or is there just not many players on defiant, or for that matter not many CoV-players at all?

Hey serenity, i was there as well. Great fun, even if i was at a bit of a lvl disadvantage

Greets! I've just started playing CoV on the defiant server but i'm considering switching for union, seems like it's more populated... is there some way to check that? Am i completely in the wrong here?

Anyway, my main question: just how bad is the lag on union?
