  1. Mini-E, still in the same corner, was now smirking quite evilly. Instead of his textbook, in its place was a hell of a lot of technical parts, seemingly what he brought with him. He thought for a moment, and smirked even more evilly.

"Hehehe... I will show 'em... Heh... Showz 'em good, E..." he muttered to himself, constructing something rather small for the amount of tech.
  2. Experiment sped up to catch up to Essex, Ginstar, and Toy quickly. He called over with a small amount of humor in his voice. "There ya go, Ess! That is MUCH better. Told you you could speed up!"

However, after a few seconds, a light could be seen at the end of the underground tunnel. At the ends of it, obvious parts of advanced construction could be seen. 2.0 lost his air of humor, calling to his allies.

"I was constructing a tunnel through the base. It was supposed to connect to the Rogue Isles, but I got off course. Anyway, once you get outside, stop. I mean it, if you don't, you may find yourself seperated. About 25 feet from the entrance of the tunnel is where the shield starts. Use my Recon-Drone as a marker."

As if on cue, a small spinning drone with a camera attached started blinking blue right outside the tunnel.
  3. "...But... But da Troll-in-the-Box punches really hard...." the college student muttered quietly, returning to his textbook. "You're not smart enuf for me! I are going to relearn stuffz!"

With that, he went off to a corner, and sat down with his book, sulking.
  4. 2.0 frowned. "Mhm... Well, I know advanced calculus, along with many languages and different forms of chemicals, as well as how to create many devices, such as Troll-in-the-Boxes, and acid-layered boxing gloves! So dere- THERE!" 2.0 replied, his voice becoming more childish by the second.

    He hated being called stupid.
  5. Experiment stopped his circling, and obviously had an air about him that was an obvious 'lecture-mode'.

"I am afraid you are misinformed. After all, all babies start out as male, and change into male or female from there. Unless through an operation, a girl can not change into a boy, not even from a 'Disease'. Now, if there WERE to be an operation, then-"

    *SMACK*

A small device with the words 'My first PDA' jutted from the mini-hero's wrist, with a plastic hand proceeding to smack him over the head. "Shhhh! You are bein' stoopid!"
  6. (( OOC: OMG! Essie is t3h St4lk3r! Watch out! Hide your children!...

...Oh, wait, she is a babysitter... Damn. ))

    My Story

    Intereshting... Vewy Intereshting...

*Ahem*. I mean, so far, a rather good plot. As you said, the format is sort of messed up, but I am a grammar nazi, so I noticed quite a few missing punctuations, but, hell, I get A+'s in English, and I have never gotten anything less. What do you want from me?!!/1!!!?

*Ahem again*... Continue, for thou art needing to... Continue!
  8. Experiment walked up to Essex, frowning darkly. "Oh, damn... Okay, Miss Ess, please inform me of what I am doing wrong... The equation of 2,490 x 9,203 is easy enough for mental math, so I did that, then I have to divide that by 9,020, but that is impossible... Oh, no, wait, I missed that number... Okay, that was incredibly dumb of me..."

He then started circling Essex in thought. "So, if that is the area, divided by that,, then perhaps the square root is NOT so hard to find... Damn, if I had done question 98 in class, instead of on the way over here, this would have been so much easier... But then, if that IS the square root-"

He continued this babble, circling Essex over and over again.
  9. Experiment blinked blankly at Kaos, shook his head, and pulled the textbook he had apparently carried upstairs from... Somewhere. He started walking around with the complicated and oversized book again, blocking out the world.
  10. The drone felt its arm get ripped off by the laser, but then self-destructed entirely, every piece of it becoming vaporized in its own explosion.

The mastermind removed his finger from the trigger. "No need for them to find anything to help them out... Let us let the beast have his meal before they get away."

    *BASH*
    *CRASH*
    *CRUNCH*
    *SPLUNTCH*

The 'rustling' had turned into what seemed to be pounding quadreped footsteps, as trees and plants started flying up the side of the island toward the group travelling up. Obviously, they missed because of the angle, but then boulders decided to start flying, missing the group, but heading right for the flying vehicle.
  11. "Now now peoplez... We don't need to get into a battle," 2.0 muttered, "I am suwer- SURE, that we can figer- Figure this out peacefully. Right, Miss Essex?"

John simply nodded to himself, not even bothering to wait for the android's reply, as he began wandering around the boys' room.
  12. A loud rustiling accompanied the rustles of the intruders. However, there were no mechanical noises to go along with the movement. Instead, it sounded like whatever 'it' was was breathing, like some sort of creature.

However, from above, a drone did fly down, transmitting to the area in a broadcasting way. It had no idea the intruders were below. It spoke in the same dark voice as before. "Ah, so I see you have gotten ever closer to your 'goal'... Whatever THAT is. Do not worry, this drone is not equipped with weaponry or many other devices, to be honest. No, your enemy is waiting in the same greenery you are deciding to trudge through. Please tell Arzkan that I gave him what I promised..."

The rustling grew louder, and movement could be seen, as about four trees swayed aside quite a ways away. How the rustling was so loud is anybody's guess...

    "...Fresh meat."
  13. Experiment turned to Shinji with a nod. "Yeah, most likely. Harder to spot things coming in if they are as low as possible."

Then, he slowed down a little to Essex, and smirked. "You know, I could just grab your arm and throw you to speed you up... Or let Hal grab you instead. Either way, we WILL make you speed up!"
  14. Mini-E, who had apparently not been looking where he was going earlier because of his book, was now circling the chairs quickly as though thinking. "The circumfrence of the hexagonal thingy with the yellow fweigh- Hexagonal shape, with the brightly coloured center, is divided by the area of-"

When he heard Essex ask for introductions, he put a tag on the page on the textbook he was on, and put it down. He stood on it, gaining a few inches. "I am Expewiment- ExpeRiment 2.0, or John for short. Technological and cute-baby-type extraordinare!"
  15. A child in seemingly plastic red armour walked through the door as if he owned the place. Or, more accurately, he would have, if he wasn't deep in a book called 'Food of the Gods'.

"Ugh... If you have a formula that grows anything to immense heights, don't put it on something that animals can eat... Stupid people..." he muttered in a childish voice, before looking up. "Uhm... Hello? I heard that this was a children's home, and Harvard won't let me stay in the dorms. They say I embaress the other students."

His obviously british accent mixed with his childing demeanor seemed amazingly out of place, as well as his blonde hair in his left eye, and his shining blue right eye completely obvious.
  16. The drones arrived at the island, and scanned the raft quickly. Noticing no life forms, they decided to head back to their holding power-rechargers.

Meanwhile, quite a few turrets were watching from behind two-way mirrors the arrivals, but not shooting. The mastermind's voice propelled through the lair like a broadcast.

"Ah... You have managed to infiltrate my shield defense, as well as escape my battle AND scout drone. Well done... However, you may not find it so easy to figure out the way to get around the island, as well as the base itself. You see, if you check any technological device you may be using to find your way, to may notice a nice little present I left there."

As soon as Experiment were to arrive, he would see the same thing any other tech-user would see on their scanners or maps. The screen or sensors would become simply jumbled up words, letters, and numbers. It was a heavily encrypted code, some may see, to confuse anyone who would attempt to enter the base on foot, or by air.

The mastermind chuckled quietly through the broadcast. "My video screens do not show any movement, but I assume that 'they' are already on their way. Prepare for some company on your path to destruction, why don't you."

    ------------------------

"Heh! Speed up, Ess! No time to just rest up for the little pink one!" called back 2.0 mockingly. In essence, he was only really joking with the girl, but in his mind, he couldn't be more serious. "If we get split up... If my friends get hurt... If the villains get hurt... It will all be my fault... But I can't exactly tell them to go home again. Not only would it waste their time, I would be in a helluva lot of trouble... Actually, I would probably be commended for losing the villains, but still..."
  17. All three drones beeped, recieving new orders. "Okay, two of you patrol the island for the incoming boat. The turrets don't seem to be doing much. Unit-123, you will find out what the hell that other ship is doing here, then disable it and bring it in for spare parts."

The drones flew in different directions, avoiding the blasts totally. Two of them rejoined and headed back to the base to patrol, while the other flew to the ship readily.
  18. "...Ugh... Damn. Fine. Begin default destruction process. Send out units 132, 123, and 213 to attack incoming craft. Set blasters to 'Utterly Destroy'."

"Command accepted. Beginning destruction Phase Alpha."

    *PFOOM*
    *PFOOM*
    *PFOOM*

Three battle drones released from the island's facility, returning to the First Contact drone's last known position. Their sensors missed the raft entirely from the shadow over them, and proceeded to the point the other drone was left at.

"No enemy craft noticed. Please input new command."

    "...Damn."
  19. Experiment nodded toward Toy Dispenser, his serious demeanor finally returning. "Okay. Let's get moving. It shouldn't take too long to get to the area if we fly damn fast, but the longer we wait here, the longer it will take to get there."

He hit a switch on his PDA, the FF Generator that was floating around floating toward 2.0. Experiment activated his jets, flying right out of the tunnel, which seemed to last for quite a while.

"This will lead us right to the area where my drones are. We should be able to get through their defenses. Hurry up, people!" his voice verberated through the tunnel.
  20. Experiment smiled down at the android. "Keep it. Knowing you, you will most likely want one again sooner or later, and I doubt whoever owns that island would appreciate an awesome heal-bot like you taking their tablecloths."

Experiment ran this through his mind. "...Hmm... You know, I didn't realize how ODD that sounded... Well, yeah... If you don't wanna keep it, I guess I can put it on top of Kevin... It would muffle the snoring."

Indeed, Kevin was starting to snore rather loudly, mostly because of the artificial sleep caused by Experiment's interchangable poison...
  21. "Ah... Okay, okay... No problem... Uh... You don't weigh much, right?" 2.0 tried calculating how much he could carry with the jets he currently had. "Damn... These were designed for self travel... Hey, Ess, can you carry your, uh... brother?"
  22. Experiment sighed. "Okay, so, we have the plan mainly worked out... Apart from the 'Getting in' part of it. So, Hal can be taken in by Phantasm, Toy can fly, I am guessing Ginstar can fly also... Perhaps you could carry a non-flyer? I have jets... Ess can fly... Now that I think about it, who here does not have some way of flying?"
  23. The android huffed, before continuing. "Fine. Unusual? I suppose you COULD call it that... One of my... Uh... Let us say, 'Vehicular Reinforcement Droppers' managed to strike something while flying over Paragon City. It took me an hour to fix that dent!"

The drone, suddenly aware of what he was saying, cleared 'his' throat. "Ahem... Anyway... The REASON I named the project 'Doomsday 2.0' is not because of some video game. It is the name of someone I very much wish to destroy... Do you know a hero by the name of 'Experiment 2.0'?"
  24. Experiment nodded. "Okay, people, androids, and smoke-boy, let's get ready to move. According to the simulation, we should not lose anyone, until we get within about a mile. THEN, we may lose a battle drone or something, nothing important. So, who is driving/flying?"
  25. Experiment shook his head, walking back to the tunnel. "Okay, Dispenser? You really need to get off of your monetary high. Seriously."
