(OOC: Sousuke already gave up, you just violated a rule.)
Sousuke wasn't dead, the arena official tried to stop coldfire.
Reishi appeared behind coldfire, raised her blade, and sliced him in half.

Akihabara was under siege by the most unusual of demons.
They were giants, with large arms and heads fused to their shoulders, and large claws used to walk.
The mecha were fighting back furiously, but weren't being overly effective.
Smaller demons like Hounds and Shriekers filled the streets as well. Most of the people had taken shelter in the basement of a large department store.

(OOC: But before that you said she 'felt the intense heat', it's also a warning. And I also warned you about what would happen next.)
Reishi stopped the blade with her hands.
"You fool," they both said in unison.
"Look at what you've done," Sousuke said, finally showing anger, "I want you to know, even if you somehow kill me, which you won't, that you're responsible for this. You could have just given up, and everything would have been fine, you could have just let things be. But no. You let anger get the better of you, you let it cloud your judgement. And now look what it cost you. I am merely a fighter defending myself, you are the instigator. You did this."
Before Charcold could do anything, Becky's neck exploded. As did the arm holding Sousuke. And the sword halfway into him.
Freed, Sousuke hobbled out of range. The wound was grim, he'd survive, but it looked grim.
"Anything...that...touches me...explodes. You're...a...fool," Sousuke said.
Reishi leapt to him and Becky and carried them both to an arena official.
"Y'see, Sousuke's power can only be removed by yourself. His aura mixes with yours, and only lasts 30 seconds. It would take a chi-doctor at least a minute to find and isolate it. ANY chi-doctor," Reishi explained.
"Now," she said, "I'll ask again: do you want to give up?"

"Chihaya," Sae said, "\Seal this area.\"
"\Yes ma'am,\" Sae replied.
She began to chant and slammed the staff down into the ground. Suddenly a powerful shield formed in the area around Ginza.
That done, Sae tossed the orb to Chihaya and took to the air again.
"I'm gonna go on ahead, you guys catch up," she said, darting off towards Akihabara at incredible speeds. She didn't have time to rest yet, not when her home was still in danger. Worse, her younger brother was still in Akihabara with his stupid band.
Ryuji turned to Allen, "Well, shall we go?"

(OOC: The sword blocks elements from reaching her if she uses it as a shield, remember where I said it's a tool for fighting giant monsters? "Moeruyo, Kamui" means "Burn Up, Kamui"...it's a reflection of the fires within her soul. Basically just means the sword itself is immune to fire. Not to say it's invincible though.)
Reishi picked her sword up again, stood behind cold fire and brought it down hard on him. She used the blunt end, and the force would only knock him out, she had no intention of killing anyone.
"You're too hot headed, why doncha calm down for a while?" Reishi said.
It was finally time. With one powerful grunt that sounded like she was taking an astronomical crap, Reishi regenerated her left arm. It'd be another few minutes before her body could adapt and she could use it to its full potential, but at least she could use it to balance the sword a little more.
Sousuke moved over to the now-blinded-but-probably-regenerating Becky and held him close to him, putting his hand on her neck, ever so gently, but everyone knew what he really intended.
"Now, Mr. Hothead, if you keep this up, your friend will...unfortunately...die," Sousuke said...deadly calm.
"SOUSUKE!" Reishi screamed, "We agreed NO killing!"
Reishi immediately regretted bringing him in. Sousuke was known to use whatever means necessary to win. The only reason she even called him was because her friend Bright Star was stuck in some parallel dimension, Asuka was off on some assassination job, Ryuji was stuck in Tokyo, and Leo was in school.
He bent over and whispered in Becky's ear, "As long as you don't try to escape or your friend doesn't try to kill me, you'll be fine. I won't hurt you unless I have to," his voice was like a thousand needles, but was definately sincere. Sousuke never lied. He never needed to.

(OOC: His 'target' is still on the ground, what he does to it is up to him Clever way to get rid of the demon...not exactly what I had in mind. BTW with all but one of the humanoid demons gone, the Ginza area is clear. Just one last event and everyone's gonna go help out Akihabara or return to Shinjuku)

Thunder began to crash. From the clouds, descended a human dressed in black platemail armor with gold trim (OOC: I'm aware this is cliche that's the idea) and a very long katana at his waist. His long, black hair draped over six black wings on his back.
It was a no brainer, really. This guy was the bad guy, he was in charge of all this. The entire group opened fire. None of them hit. Further scans of it would reveal that this being was, in fact, merely an astral projection.
"Greetings, mortals," the projection said, in the same multi-language speech that Chiyoko had used in her world, "I am Zanael, but please, call me Zan." (OOC: For reference, it's pronounce zah-n)
The projection tipped a bow.
"Don't try to look for me, non-humans, it won't work. I've gone into hiding," he laughed, "It will take some time even before the Eyes of the One finds me. You've done well, beating some of my mid-level soldiers, and I know it is sometimes customary for the enemy general to admire the other general. And truly, I do. For beings trapped in the flow of time, you are very skilled. I applaud you. Now, I thought it only fair to warn you that I'm going to destroy that eyesore of a 'base'. Really, I'd appreciate it if you tried to stop me, it's very interesting watching you squirm against my lowliest of troops."

(OOC: Nothing god mode about him, he can detonate anything he touches with his aura. Ninja who manipulate chi such as Shinji can defend against it if they react quick enough. He's also limited to only objects he touches, and if he doesn't trigger it within thirty seconds, the effect dissipates. While he IS fast, a trait he picked up to ensure he could get close enough to touch people, he's not physically strong. And, as you've noticed, his explosions are limited to the surface which he touches i.e., if he touches the skin, it's like setting off a cherry bomb on your arm. However, the more of his aura he inserts onto his target, the more powerful the blast.)
"Temper temper," Sousuke said, grinning, "Rei-chan, your right hand works, right?"
"Of course, she only got my left arm!" Reishi exclaimed.
"Then why not use 'it'?" Sousuke suggested.
"Hrmm," Reishi grumbled, "Fine."
Reishi touched the earring she had put on earlier, and drew her hand across her body.
"Moeruyo, Kamui," Reishi said.
from her hand came forth a massive blade, Kamui. It was easily the size of a surfboard, yet Reishi hefted it with ease. It was also lighter than it appeared, at least in her hand(s) it was.
Reishi darted in front of Sousuke in time to block the charging Coldfire. The blade was normally used for felling gigantic monsters and pretty much anything larger than human size. In this situation, with Reishi only able to use one hand for the next few minutes, Kamui would function perfectly as a shield, at least until her arm could reform or Coldfire ran out of steam. She anticipated he would try an aerial attack, or some kind of burning or freezing blast. She'd be ready.

"Tut tut girls," Sousuke said.
He snapped his fingers. Becky felt a blinding (literally) pain as her eyes actually exploded.
Sousuke then moved to the block of ice, touched it, snapped his fingers again, and the ice itself exploded, revealing a very wet and very irritated Reishi, whose arm was mentally reforming in her mind (OOC: She regenerates limbs all at once, but has to mentally picture it first.)
"You shouldn't play with dangerous explosives," he said.
(OOC: You've probably figured out WHAT Sousuke's power is, and you're probably guessing how it works)

The dagger wielding demon appeared to be...enjoying it?
He LET the crawler slam into him with its 'shovel'.
He disappeared, was nowhere to be seen, not even an atom remained.
"Foolish," came a voice from...within the crawler?!
The crawler lurched, and began to form into a metallic image of the dagger-wielding demon.

Meanwhile, the staff wielding demon had gained the upper hand, pressing Sae towards the ground.
"\No...\" she said, "\I won't lose!\"
Parts of her sword began to glow, and with one powerful cut, not only was the demon's staff cut in half, but the demon as well! The two haves hit the ground and disintegrated.
The four remaining in the air noticed their comrade fall, and disappeared into the clouds, leaving the downed one hit by the zombie, and the demon-crawler fusion on the battlefield.

(OOC: A normal regenerator? an hour or more. Reishi? 10 seconds if she focuses her chi. By the way don't god mode my character like that.)
When the blade dug into her arm, Reishi grabbed Becky's arm with her own.
Then something went over Becky's eyes like a blindfold. It was warm like...a hand.
"Peekaboo," Sousuke said.

It was sudden.
The crawler with the disintegration shield was rolling one moment, and gone the next.
The demon wielding the two daggers held out his hand. Suspended in a bubble of energy, was what appeared to be a miniature version of the crawler. The energy field began to condense, and the crawler began to look as if it was being crushed like an aluminum can.

(OOC: O_O Um, she's missin some skin then. Though, for the sake of argument, you never said what she was wearing before )

Don't try freedom, though...

(OOC: Oh, you fell into a trap like that already. Good thing you were wearing a jacket)

"Not so fast!" Sousuke said.
He snapped his fingers.
The area on Becky's sleeves he had been holding...
Exploded.
It didn't do a lot of damage...after all, it was meant to be a 'warning' on his part. But Becky's jacket sleeves were completely vaporized, and the explosion had caught her off-balance.
To which Reishi responded by kicking her square in the chest.
(OOC: And I always end my posts with an attack, usually at point blank range, which is where my fighters are, it's pretty difficult to miss.)

Sousuke, in a blur of motion, stepped in front of Becky, merely grabbing her arms.
"Tut tut, girl's shouldn't play with such dangerous objects," he said.
It was as if he was inviting her to attack him.
Reishi smiled. The fight just started and already Sousuke was well on his way to beating the person who had been a match for her the day before.
(OOC: What kind of shirt is Becky wearing? It's important)

(OOC: I meant a male VERSION of Sae. Sae's a girls name usually accompanied with the -ko suffix. Sae's a swordsman/gunman. She wields two desert eagle-esque pistols with specially designed inertial inhibitors to prevent significant recoil. She also carries her dead boyfriend's sword, which I'm not saying whether or not it's a katana )

"Dunno," Reishi said, "It's up to Sousuke."
"Fine by me," he said, grinning widely. (OOC: for reference, Sousuke looks like a cross between Eikichi Onizuka from GTO and Ichimaru Gin from Bleach, with a little Akabane Kurodo from GetBackers for spice)

Hm, you have a point.
I still wanna hold off on it for a while.
In ideal circumstances, Sakura would be a Fire/Fire blaster, and Miyu would be an Ice/Ice dominator (Which, based on their personalities, is pretty ironic)

Reishi and Sousuke's position and attitude seemed..strange.
It was as if Sousuke WANTED to be attacked: he moved a significant distance away from his partner.
Naturally, not too far away so Reishi would be able to aid him if need be.
But, it was still strange.

(OOC: Now, you ARE on the non-demon side right? The demons are all slaves to their master)
The male demon Sae engaged battle with was strong. He easily defended against most of her attacks with a simple block.
Her swordsmanship had vastly improved thanks to Chiyoko's enhancement, however.
Of course it had.
Very few people knew how to fight with a sword in mid-air.
Meanwhile, one of the demons, a smaller one wielding a pair of dagger-like weapons, landed next to one of the crawlers.

(OOC: It's Rei-shi! Like the mushroom LOL)
"Sup," was all she really said.

Igarashii Sousuke arrived at the arena a little late. Reishi, having heard about the tag team battle, had given him a call.
"Ohisashiburi ne, Rei-chan," he said, smiling at her.
Sousuke was average height and lean, slightly less toned than Reishi but no slouch either. His hair was dyed blonde and he seemed to always have a sadistic grin on his face.
Reishi knew the risk on calling him here, but it was a risk she'd have to take.
(OOC: If you really want to know Sousuke's power, PM me)

Soviet, myself, and DeviousMe are in Ginza staving off a counterattack.
Essex and Khell are in Akihabara, staving off an offensive strike.)
To give the zombie a push in the right direction, Eichiro, who had just come from the rest of the conflict, heaved it right at the airborne demons.
One of the demons, not fast enough to defend against it, felt it slam into his body and send him straight down into the ground, injured.
Meanwhile, in a burst of energy from the points around her body, Sae was airborne again, engaging in battle with the staff wielding male from earlier. Any anime otaku would kill to see this battle.

Allen had unwittingly swatted a bee hive with a baseball bat.
"You, non-human, are a pest!" one of them said as all of them rose into the air, collecting energy in their hands, prepared to fire.
The mass of energy slammed into the earth.
Chihaya was barely able to protect everyone, and one of the crawlers was severely damaged.
"\I...can't...take another one...I don't think\," Chihaya said.
The demons began to charge for another attack.
Suddenly, a figure stepped in front of the blast, wielding a powerful looking blade. It was Sae. She was now wearing a set of armor remniscant of magical girl shows, with shoulder, wrist, leg, and torso gear glowing brightly.
She swung the blade, deflecting the blast.
"Sorry I'm late," Sae said.

Asuka grinned, "I know the guys who made Fast and the Furious! They...really like cars."
