  1. Hi all,

    I have been out of the game for 2/3 years now. Back in the day I had a lvl38/lvl39 Mutation/Stone/Fire Tanker...

    Initially I got entirely the wrong impression of a Tanker, mine was specced to deal damage....not take it! - After a few intense threads on here and a respec or 2 later...I had, what was at the time...a well specced Tanker - See below for the spec (it hasn't changed)





    Now I've renewed my subscription for a month to see how I get on, and so far I'm really enjoying the game again

    So my question is, is that spec still one that is up to scratch to todays standards? or have things changed/improved and now I need a different set of powers to tank more effectively? (as I have a free respec that I can use)

    All thoughts and comments appreciated - Oh and by the way, I have some empty enhancement slots due to lvl'ing the other day and not put anything in them yet..

    Also can someone remind me where I can find someone to buy enhancements from? I've forgotten!

  2. yeh i do because i find its great when your soloing and you get immobiliased because its get you out of that

Well im in all day to do i hit lvl 34 yesturday and im hoping to crack 35 today which is when i choose a new power, as far as taunt goes and my style of fighting me and taunt never really got on, i don't no how but i always seemed to be able to hold agro really well, because when the whole team say ready nearly everytime im the first one to dive in headfirst and start wolloping as many as possible to get the aggro whilst the blasters nuke them from a distance and the scrappers come in and start dishing it out, thats the only reason i havent got it, i've had it in the past but like i say always managed to hold agro otherwise, anywho, so does acrobatics protect you from knockback attacks then? if so i need to substitute 2 powers to get that, then because ill need like combat jump and then acrobatics, what 2 powers would you suggest, i'll get them back at a later date as i level up but thinking what to get rid of now.     Build Up
    Fault
    Hurl Boulder
    Hurdle
    Health
    Stamina
    Air Superirority
    Fly
    Kick
    Tough

    im thinking of doing the respec but it would be wasted because i would probably pick a similar set of abilities

    so i ask you all!

    what would you pick?

    RESPEC MY HEROE!

I think ED in I6 is just such a bad idea i mean really how on earth are us tankers meant to do our jobs without a personal healer? my tank will be fine until lvl 37 thats when ill need a full set of SO's on everything, and considering i have 5 x SO dmg resis on both shields and 1 x endurance reduce on each of em then i just dont no what im going to do. because the more dmg resistance SO's
    the less effect it has. can anyone really tell me the point in all of this?
