  5. This is just the first step really. My peeple will RULE THE WORLD!!!
    MUAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Really, though, better start squirling away for the pilgrimage....
  6. Oh! this sounds like fun. I could remake Power of Santa on Triumph for this!

    PM incoming!

<St. Nicholas is ascribed many miracles: returning kidnapped children, protecting sailors and giving bags of gold to the poor. Lesser known is his trip in his later years to the polar elven communities living on the shifting ice sheets of the cruel arctic sea. Responding to their prayers, St Nicholas created 4 great avenging elves to protect them from the constant onslaught of polar bears, vikings, inflation and chronic alcoholism that plagued their community. But the avenging elves became too powerful and were chained to the North Pole, remaining that way for centuries. The Power of Santa was accidentally released during the initial Rikti invasion, and has since vowed to protect the nice boys and girls of this world. His mighty fists deliver only lumpy coals of justice for the evildoers and villains on his "naughty list". Imbued with all the mystical powers of Saint Nickolaus himself; his only weaknesses are cookies, milk and the occasional kiss from Mommy. Truly, the Jolliest of Heroes.>

  7. excellent advice and thanks for addressing this issue. one fo the big topics for us at hero con was what each of us would need to upgrade for GR. having the OP and feedback of other players with more knowledge than i have is very helpful
  8. Whee! i have finally felt like staying awake long enoughto get the pics up. (Darn flu!)
I took both Scimi's and my pictures over the con, and man I must have had some shakey hands!

  9. I can't do this because of the time, but man I hope your plan works! This would be awesome.

Seeing that TJ was able to make it.

RG's reaction to his gift artz and signed t-shirt.

Justice taking the two highest spots during the trivia contest. Yay Samuraiko and Mekk!

Mekk winning the trivia contest and seeing all the cool swag he got! So much stuff, he needed help carrying it all!!

RG (aka Mr. Justice) and Marcian (along with Arbiter Fabulous, DJ Shecky and Gothess) getting a free year of COH for going above and beyond to make HeroCon so special. Such a special surprise and so well deserved!

    As heard at Kubota...
    Manoa: "DRAMA, DRAMA, DRAMA!!"
Missy: "That's why you're not at my table!"
And add a few of my own:

Getting to Justice dinner in time to see everyone even though the traffic of three cities was against us!

At the Praetoria sneak peek, listening to the crowd go "aaawww" and "yeaaaah" as the graphics were rolled back and forth.

Posi in his cape. I know he did it last year. I just love that cape.

The beer-pitcher sized dispenser of syrup at Holders (yes i have pictures, yes it did happen)

The hero and villain light up pens that Scimi and I dueled with the whole day...

Getting to see dual pistols in action at the sneak peek.

The Utopia at What Price panel, where the devs thanked Emporer Cole for the water, filled with electrolytes. The whole way they played to the idea that there was only certain things they had permission to say about the government was priceless.

The return of Samuraiko's brownies, the gather for AM table, and the attention it got from non-con goers.

Trying to get a picture of the Justice tables at dinner and realizing ALL the justice folks but me were in line for food.

Being on "team TJ" in the bar during the live event.

Getting a picture with Goober in costume.

Frog stealing someone's drink as he walked up to the stage for the costume contest.

All the jokes people were making during the attempt to get the con picture.

Thinking I had said goodbye to everyone only to find that everyone I said goodbye to I would see four hours later at dinner.

Listening to Scimi on the phone on the way to the restaurant, and after hearing the enthusiastic and energetic greeting he got, going "are you talking to Meg?" only to find out he was!

All in all it was a great time, and over too soon! I was so happy to see folks again, and meet new people too. I miss you folks already, but hope to see you all at hero-con 2010!

Our photos should be up shortly, will post here when I have them.

  15. So...bacon waffles with syrup. Nature's perfect vehicle for sugar and salt. especially when you are given a beer pitcher full of syrup
