EDIT: I think a revamp of somewhere like Boomtown could give an opening for loyalist content - like Tyrant's stormtroopers could have set up a forward base as part of the invasion, so loyalists who chose to still serve Tyrant when they left Praetoria could have Boomtown as their next stop, with content focused on attacking Paragon City.
    That would be Awesome.

The screenshots on that link lead me to believe otherwise. It's Incarnate only, and it clearly states that we shouldn't let Mindwashed Prisoners escape.

Awesome.Maybe we'll get some Loyalist stuff.Y'know,If you can do a mish to blow a hospital, you could protect Mother's Hospital from a Resistance Attack.Would be cool!

    WAIT A SECOND!

WHAT DO YOU MEAN OVERTHROWING BAF IN I20?
Is it on Open Beta yet?

@Pedro, Praetoria might have been intended by the devs to be viewed in shades of gray, but BOTH factions are employing evil means to reach their ends. Praetoria is neither shades of gray, nor black and white. It is all black.
    Yeah,Godwin.I'll quit the discussion.

    MOAR HAMIDON!
  7. I KNOW THIS PEOPLE!
I'm just trying to remind you to look at praetoria without common good-and-evil perspectives!
    gosh
  8. GG,remember that,on this same dialogue,Tyrant says he BELIEVES in the Praetorian Utopia, and that the chaos of Primal Earth is taking Primal to a path of self destruction.Cole believes that he's doing the RIGHT THING,that some sacrifices are necessary to save mankind from itself. We cannot,I repeat, cannot look at Praetoria with white and black lenses.

OOOHHH!And I thought there was ANOTHER Tin Mage TF and I didn't knew about it...
  11. Also, talking about the Hamidon and stuff. There are some places in Praetoria that have "gaps", straight passageways of Water that lead to the Outside,to the Great Jungle...

How can you be so sure?
Politics are as dangerous as facing a +8x8x99999 Malta Sappers.Maybe Tyrant's real danger against Primal Earth and Praetoria is that, differently from States,he's not the "mustache villain".He is an evil genius.Always remember 1984 GG.

    Right you are!
Praetoria's not supposed to be Statesman X Recluse.
Remember,The Party created the Brotherhood in 1984. Who said there's no finger of a Loyalist within the Crusaders?Or that no Warden is completely against the Cole Administration?

    Shades.of.Gray.
  16. People should stop thinking of Praetoria in terms of White and Black, and see more Shades of Gray on it.

  18. Hey guys,I've had a few talks today with some people about Doms, and I have mine on 40,and I'd like some builds&advices on how to make my dom even more awesome!Should I use APPs or PPPs?How to PermaDom?

I've got this build so far,but even having smashing and lethal resistance at 46%,the remaining defense and resistance are all crappy. And I think the damage is still too low.Anyway, If you guys can give me a hand,I'll come back here later!

  23. Maybe Sonic Barriers are used on those other cities.
We know Cole somehow did something to Hamidon that made him vulnerable to the Sonic Fences.Spreading this technology could be part of his plan.
  24. GG you made the Resistance Armor cooler than ingame!
