I Did What You Said And It Still Aint Working, And It Only Happens In Instances when I Hover Over Enemies, NOT Cities! But The Game Runs Fine, Its Just This One God Damn Glitch

mateo i tryed turning off stupid applications and putting the game in safe mode and doing the /unloadgfx thing in each zone, but it still happens and only in Instances (warehouses,banks,caves) and only when i hover over people.... the rest of the game runs perfect on low settings
I Really just dont understand it !

I Currently Am Using A Acer Aspire One Netbook, COH/COV Run Great For Me, Sometimes A little Laggy But Overall Great, BUT For Some Reason When I Enter Instances Everything Is Fine Until I Hover Over A Enemy..., When I Hover Over A Enemy The Textures Get A Messed Up, I Could See Under The Floor, then I Stop Hovering The Mouse Over the Enemy and Its Fine!, It Makes No Sense, All My Graphic Settings Are On Low!, Can Anyone Please Help Me With This Problem !!!!!
