there should have been a phone Number on the recipt they email'd you. Call that to confirm weather you'll be getting one, or if they can send you one. Make sure you tell them your order number aswell. That should clear up any confusion. I had the same problem & I made a phone call. I got mine preorder disk last monday

I pre-ordered through the Gamestop website link on the CoV page. I havent gotten my pre-order box either. Has anyone else who ordered through the web sites(i.e. Gamestop, Eb Games, etc...) gotten their pre-orders in the mail yet?
