Just some FYI for those who don't know. Contacts are grouped by levels you get a new set every 4 to 5 levels. Once you pass the contacts top level (10 - 14, 15 - 19, 20 - 24, etc...); you can still receive missions but the monster level range will white and blue sometimes with greens and greys as well. If out run a contact that is feeding you a story arch you can get the archs finishing mission and not get the Do or So reward. This is not a bug and has alway been that way. Your best bet is find your story arch contacts early and then don't out level them for the maximum bonus.

Nice post, well thought out. I like that fact that you state if your building for fun or theme build what you want. To many powergamer seem to forget that many players are in it for the fun of it and berate those who aren't powerleveling.
