Sorry (do I need to be sorry about this? Is it against a rule, or just common 'courtesy'?), I found this by a Google search trying to find out (at least what people think) Elementar's Origin/AT/Powersets would be, for the purposes of attempting a Next-Gen version/homage in hopes of getting him into Young Phalanx (once their site's up again, if I even bother now), and I didn't notice the date of the last post.

People askig if Recluse is an Incarnate of Hades/Zeus/whatever-else: NO. He's an Incarnate of Tartarus, which, at least in the myths I know, is the realm Hades rules, but in the CoX mythos, seems to be a person/god. But then again, Gaia 'is' the Earth, so Tartarus-as-entity makes some sense in that context.

First, friendly tip: This is Player Guides, where people post guides (not answer questions). This should've been in Player Questions, one subforum up from this.

Second: To answer your question, the Arachnos symbol comes from the preorder, along with the special helmet, iirc. You can still get it, I believe, but it's not from 'a dvd that says City of Villains', it's from a CD that says City of Villains Preorder Disk (I believe). If you have that (a friend who got an extra for whatever reason, some game stores might still sell/give away any extras they didn't sell at the time, or if that's what you meant in the first place, etc), you need to 'Upgrade' your PlayNC account with the Preorder Code that came with the disk (again, IIRC) to get the bonuses.

I remember reading in a statesman post that said bases would be coming out for CoH when CoV came out. But from the sound of this we dont get any bases at all ?
